This study of a small fossilised sea urchin has been produced using oils on a small box canvas. It has been enlarged almost to the point of abstraction. The inspiration of this study is held in the New Walk Museum (Leicester) reserve fossil collection. Produced as part of a large series of 8 x 8 studies and abstractions.
