All prices shown relate to unframed works of art (unless otherwise stated) and include delivery / shipping to UK mainland addresses (unless otherwise stated). Overseas deliveries incur additional expense, so please therefore contact me to confirm overseas delivery charges.

Alternatively, UK personal cheques (GBP) are accepted (payable to Jo Sheppard), or you can also pay securely via PayPal. Please first contact me to ensure that the artwork is still available. Allow 3 to 5 working days for payment to clear from receipt in the case of cheques.

Delivery

Small items are usually dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery, whilst larger items are delivered using either Parcel Force 24 or Parcel Force 48. Deliveries normally require a signature.

Guarantee

My promise to you is that if on receipt, you are unhappy with your purchase, I will accept returned and undamaged works of art* and refund the original selling price, minus its initial delivery charge. Please see the testimonials section for feedback from previous customers.

* Within 14 days of delivery to you and at your expense.
